QC Engineer Working day: Monday – Friday Working Hour: 8:30am - 5:30pm Salary range: $2,000 - $2,800 Location: Woodlands Ave (Nearest mrt: Admiralty)

Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.

Devise test plan and review specifications for products or processes.

Work closely with engineering team to improve product quality based on testing results & critical component qualification process.

Develop exceptional handling test cases to ensure the robustness of the system during alternative scenarios.

Manage the qualification of new and existing suppliers/input materials.

Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.

Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.

Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.

Keep on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product quality.

Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirement

Diplomas/BSc in Engineering or relevant field

Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality control

Proficient in MS Office, Statistical Tools.

Strong knowledge of calibration and ability to read design drawings.

In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.

Working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.

Training provided.
