Our client, a well-established leader in the construction and energy sector, is seeking a Conseiller(ère) SST - construction to join their team. As a Conseiller(ère) SST - construction, you will be part of the health and safety department supporting field teams and internal processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Develop, update, and enhance the health and safety prevention program
Update procedures, policies, and work methods to ensure compliance
Plan, organize, and monitor SST training sessions for approximately 110 employees
Support field teams without micro-managing, ensuring safety standards are met
Conduct targeted site visits to verify safety practices and compliance
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field
Significant experience in SST within the construction or manufacturing environment
Solid knowledge of working at heights, confined spaces, lockout/tagout, and energy and telecommunications sectors
Comfortable working both on-site and in administrative roles
Structured, pragmatic, and collaborative mindset with a desire to build and improve safety practices
