This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.**About the Role**We’re looking for a strategic, self-motivated communicator to join our team as Sr. Sales Enablement Communication Manager. In this role, you will focus on crafting and distributing effective communications to support our commercial sales and relationship management teams, ensuring alignment, driving engagement, and improving overall sales performance through clear, consistent, and impactful internal communications. This individual must be a self-starter who can manage multiple, concurrent high-priority initiatives, navigate competing stakeholder demands, and continuously reprioritize work to deliver accurate, timely communications in a fast-paced commercial environment. The role ensures that sales teams receive clear, timely, consistent, and actionable messaging that enables them to sell effectively and align with company strategy.**What You'll Do*** Own and coordinate multiple communications streams simultaneously, balancing urgent requests with planned initiatives while maintaining consistency and quality.* Work closely with commercial leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication, including coordination of all Commercial Communications – monthly Commercial Connect meetings, product launches, campaign calendars and issues management communications for client relationship managers.* Work with sales leadership, Commercial Excellence and product marketing teams to develop and maintain sales enablement content, including sales sheets, presentations, playbooks, FAQs, and other sales resources.* Work closely with L&D team to support sales training and onboarding programs, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the necessary information on upcoming training opportunities and mandated learning e.g. new product launches.* Communicate updates, enhancements and available training for all sales enablement tools and platforms – LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Showpad, vPlaybook, and others while prioritizing business impact, readiness, and sales capacity, ensuring the most critical updates are delivered at the right time.* Communicate launch and progress of sales campaigns and email support of annual SKO and Winners Circle events.* Support alignment of sales team with broader organizational changes, ensuring they are ready to implement new strategies and tools, including coordinating change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new practices across the sales team.* Gather feedback from sales teams to refine communication strategies and improve enablement efforts.**Basic Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.* 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, communications, or a related role within a high-performance sales organization.* Proficiency with sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and content management tools.* Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities and senior stakeholders.* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating and delivering effective messages.* Advanced Project & Priority Management: Proven ability to manage multiple, overlapping projects, adjust priorities in real time, and consistently deliver high-quality work under tight and shifting deadlines.**Preferred Qualifications*** Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging and informative content.* Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute communication strategies that align with sales goals.* Sales Knowledge: Understanding of the sales process and sales enablement best practices.* Analytical mindset: Experience measuring communication impact and driving continuous improvement.* Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.* Prioritization & Execution: Independently assess urgency, business impact, and audience needs to prioritize competing requests, set realistic timelines, and deliver high-quality communications across multiple initiatives simultaneously.**Location:**Current Location: TorontoThe hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200 - $136,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location.
