What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide decision support and conduct problem research, designing impactful metrics and data stories for actionable recommendations

Lead strategic projects using descriptive and predictive analytics, and address complex business challenges

Design and implement experiments to assess the impact of operational changes on customer experience

Build and maintain reporting tools and machine learning models for scalable insights delivery

Mentor and advance junior data analysts through community practices and training sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 4 years of experience for senior roles or 2 years for intermediate roles in data & analytics

Strong leadership and project management skills, particularly in executing large analytics initiatives

Proficiency in advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques

Effective communication skills for data storytelling to both technical and non-technical audiences

Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Python for data analysis and automation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a retail environment and familiarity with experiment design

Strong stakeholder management skills

Self-starting attitude with the ability to influence others in fast-paced environments

Advanced proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Python for complex data tasks
