Job Description

As a Sr IT Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting end‑user technology solutions that enable productivity, security, and a high‑quality employee experience across the enterprise. This role is a key contributor to the Aero Separation Project and will focus on modern workplace technologies, device management, and executive‑level support. You will report directly to our Sr. Director IT and you’ll work out of our Mississauga, ON location. In this role, you will directly impact user satisfaction, system reliability, and operational efficiency by delivering scalable, secure, and user‑centric IT services across corporate environments. Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support End User Computing (EUC) solutions across Windows, macOS, and virtual desktop environments. Administer and support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, patching, and security policy enforcement. Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including endpoint integration with productivity, collaboration, and identity platforms. Leverage Nexthink (or similar digital experience monitoring tools) to proactively identify, analyze, and remediate end‑user performance and experience issues. Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platforms, ensuring performance, availability, and user adoption. Provide advanced support for macOS environments alongside Windows-based systems. Oversee PC lifecycle management, including hardware standards, procurement coordination, imaging, deployment, refresh, and secure decommissioning. Manage and support HP Print Services, including Print Manager, print queues, drivers, and enterprise printing solutions. Deliver Mobility Device Management (MDM) support for laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals in compliance with corporate security standards. Provide Executive Care / VIP support, delivering white‑glove, high‑touch IT services to senior leaders and critical stakeholders. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime. Collaborate with cross‑functional IT, security, and business teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing services. Maintain documentation, standards, and procedures to support operational excellence and audit readiness. Qualifications

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics More than 5

years of experience

in IT engineering, End User Computing, or a related field. Strong hands‑on experience with

End User Computing (EUC)

environments in an enterprise setting. Proven expertise with

Microsoft Intune

and

modern device management . Experience supporting

Microsoft 365

services in a corporate environment. Hands‑on experience with

VDI platforms

(Citrix, VMware, AVD, or similar). Experience supporting

macOS

(Macintosh) and Windows endpoints. Familiarity with

Nexthink

or other endpoint experience/monitoring tools. Experience managing

PC lifecycle management

from deployment through retirement. Working knowledge of

enterprise print services , including

HP Print Services and Print Manager . Experience supporting

mobility and MDM solutions . Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user experience issues. Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, and IT best practices. WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience providing

in a corporate environment. Experience working in hybrid or large‑scale enterprise IT environments. Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills. Commitment to maintaining high standards of security, compliance, and user experience. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving business needs. The annual base salary for this position starts at $85,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
