about this role
The Senior Manager, Workplace Administration is responsible for leading and overseeing the Centre of Excellence for administrative support for the North America VP+ population. This role ensures administrative support for Senior Leaders is efficient, consistent, and grounded in a commitment to excellence. As an experienced people leader, operator, strategist, and relationship builder, the Senior Manager drives high quality service delivery and prioritizes collaboration across the organization. Through strong planning, coordination, and communication this role serves as a key partner and advisor to Senior Leadership, functional P&C Business Partners, and the Office of the CEO. The Senior Manager elevates the performance of the EA collective by consolidating expertise, standardizing processes, fostering connection, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. This work enhances Executive productivity and enables the successful delivery of enterprise imperatives.
core responsibilities
Develop and execute EA Centre of Excellence strategy
Lead enterprise-wide innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance ways of working and elevate EA service excellence.
Drive innovation of administration processes to strengthen quality, consistency and efficiency of EA support.
Lead the Vacation Coverage team; manage budgets for contingent workers and FTE direct reports; own the AOP process and monitor fiscal performance.
Support development of direct reports through effective delegation, continuous coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Oversee Executive coverage for EA vacations and leaves, ensuring seamless support and managing all Executive coverage assignments.
Own and manage coordination of the EA vacation calendar.
Serve as the primary point of communication to the VP+ community regarding EA processes, updates, and standards.
In partnership with P&C and Sr EA's leads EA talent lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training.
Partner with P&C Business Partners to plan and forecast headcount needs for new and incoming Senior Leaders, including SLT.
Collaborate closely with the Office of the CEO and Senior EAs to drive EA performance, teamwork, and compliance with policies and standards.
Build and sustain strong relationships with VP+ leaders across the enterprise to ensure exceptional administrative partnership.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to pilot, influence, and implement new business processes and policies related to administrative support.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Global EA Collective through mentorship, coaching, development, and training programs.
Foster collaboration, connection, and knowledge sharing across the EA community. Champion an equitable and inclusive employee experience for the EA Collective.
qualifications
7-10 years of leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred and demonstrates a commitment to the field
Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise initiative, tact, sound judgment and prioritization
Retail industry experience preferred, with exposure to global operations and cross‑functional environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environment
Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of change.
Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality
Advanced‑level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Experience working in a publicly traded company

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,100 - $176,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
