Front line support staff

Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services

Assist and guide patients on the use of digital services

Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum N/O/Nitec/Higher Nitec/ A level

No experience required, job training will be provided
