Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Act as a trusted financial advisor to the management and ownership team

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Provide insightful financial analyses highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities

Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships

Build financial models to support growth, acquisitions, or capital investments

Your strengths include:

CPA or CFA designation is an asset

Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent role, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and strategy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills are a must

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience in manufacturing is a strong asset
