Lead, mentor, and train the sales and front-desk team to achieve performance standards.
Conduct regular coaching sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service etiquette.
Foster a positive and professional work culture focused on collaboration and results.
Oversee daily sales operations and ensure seamless appointment flow and client experience.
Ensure accurate documentation of sales records, package usage, and client information in CRM systems.
Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights to management.
Work with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, wellness campaigns, and referral initiatives.
Represent the brand in workshops, events, and wellness collaborations.
Stay updated on industry trends and customer feedback to help refine offerings.
