What Will You Do?
Execute Red Team operations, Purple Team exercises, and hypothesis-led engagements in mature production environments
Develop offensive capabilities: exploit development, novel C2 channels, automation, and more
Actively participate in the full lifecycle of projects โ from idea development and proposal writing to execution and stakeholder debriefs
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
Help evolve and improve team processes and service offerings
What Do You Need to Succeed? Must Have:
3+ years in Cybersecurity, with Red Team or Penetration testing experience
Deep understanding of offensive techniques, including:
OSINT collection and operationalization
Building and managing C2 infrastructure
Social engineering tactics
Exploitation across operating systems and applications
Lateral movement and privilege escalation in Windows AD, Entra ID, Windows OS, and macOS
Evasion techniques for AV and EDR
Programming/scripting experience (with one or more): Python, C#, C/C++
Strong written and verbal communication skills: Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences, previous technical report writing experience
Nice to Have:
OSCP, OSED, OSCE, OSMR, CRTO, or other reputable technical certifications
AI Red Teaming experience
Big Four (4) consulting experience
Hardware hacking skills
