The student will provide technical support services to the various departments of the Corporation. Ensure the proper functioning of systems, act as a first responder to assist and troubleshoot software, computer equipment, network connectivity, etc. Install, configure and support computer software and equipment. In addition, he will keep the computer inventory updated and offer assistance to staff in using software and equipment.

Closing date: March 12, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

All students over 18 years of age must provide a criminal record check upon hiring only (dated no longer than three months prior to the date when it has been requested) and is a condition of employment.

One-year completion of post-secondary studies in Information Technology;

Good knowledge of networking principles (LAN and WAN), client/server technology, TCP/IP protocol and Ethernet topology;

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, AntiVirus software, Powershell, Active Directory;

Good theoretical and practical knowledge of PC hardware and equipment;

Problem-solving skills;

Detain a valid driver’s license;

Able to communicate in French and English (verbally and in writing);
