Operations General Manager

About the Position Super Ming Trading Inc. is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Operations General Manager to oversee and direct the company’s overall retail and wholesale operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, operational efficiency, financial performance, compliance oversight, and business growth across multiple store locations and supply chain channels.

Responsibilities

Establish corporate objectives and lead development and implementation of strategic plans to support the growth of Super Ming Trading Inc.’s multi‑location retail and e‑commerce operations under the “Super Vape” brand.

Develop, approve, and oversee company‑wide policies and operational programs relating to retail management, supply chain logistics, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and customer service standards.

Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational strategies, including store expansion, online platform development, and operational optimization.

Establish and monitor financial and administrative controls to ensure revenue growth, cost efficiency, risk management, and compliance with federal and provincial regulations.

Select, appoint, and evaluate senior managers and department heads, and oversee overall workforce planning and organizational structure.

Represent the company in negotiations and official functions with suppliers, landlords, financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and strategic business partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3‑5 years of work experience in a similar role.

A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance, or a related field.

Strong executive leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to set corporate direction and drive multi‑location retail growth.

Excellent organizational, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Working Hours & Salary Working Hours: 30–35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including 1 hour lunch).

Job Salary: $40 per hour.
