This role is crucial for ensuring financial resilience by optimizing funding structures, safeguarding liquidity, and managing foreign exchange exposures. With oversight over the Americas market and a global portfolio, the individual will blend regional leadership with an enterprise-wide influence. The position is aimed at enhancing relationships with subsidiaries and banking partners, enabling adherence to treasury policies while navigating diverse market regulations. Joining this team means you will be integral in transforming financial insights into streamlined processes that empower brands and markets to thrive.
Accountabilities
Evaluate and optimise funding structures for subsidiaries across the Americas and globally.
Reduce net finance costs by executing optimal structuring opportunities.
Ensure robust liquidity, cash and FX management, including daily liquidity processes.
Drive end-to-end treasury process excellence for global operations.
Strengthen stakeholder relationships as an interface between Corporate Treasury and subsidiaries.
Collaborate with tax, legal, local treasury teams to deliver high-impact projects.
Manage global banking relationships for payments, collections, and cash management.
Advise on best-practice treasury standards balancing global processes with local needs.
Maintain treasury policies ensuring compliance and recommending improvements.
Lead treasury transformation initiatives incorporating market developments.
Develop and coach junior and mid-level team members to foster accountability and performance.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in finance or equivalent experience.
10+ years of relevant professional experience with senior stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for influential relationships.
Experience managing multiple treasury processes efficiently.
Proven ability in translating market-specific needs into global processes.
High energy and adaptability to lead through change.
Organizational, prioritization, coaching, and project management skills.
Fluency in English required; Spanish and Portuguese proficiency desirable.
Valid work permit for Switzerland or ability to obtain one without sponsorship.
