Multimatic’s Mechanisms Engineering team is looking for talented Senior Design Engineers to help create innovative solutions for the world’s leading OEMs. Our team develops everything fromSide DoorHinges to advanced motion systems, including Active Aerodynamic devices andPowerDoor actuators. In this role,you’lltake automotive components from concept through to high-volume production, ensuring they meet performance, cost, and manufacturability targets.

**Key Responsibilities** Generating innovative design concepts to satisfy OEM customer requirements Communicate directly with customers to understand technical requirements, provide designsolutionsand program updatesProvide technical mentorship to support knowledge sharing**Qualifications & Skills** 8+ years of progressive experience in automotive component designAdvanced proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D GD&T documentation (CATIA or NX preferred)Experience defining and validating product requirements, including DVP&R development and execution Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments At Multimatic, you’ll learn from and work alongside some of the industry’s leading experts in a supportive team culture that offers numerous opportunities for professional growth and development.
