Job Description:
Plan and control budget and expenditures
Train, direct, and motivate junior and senior staff
Assign, co-ordinate, and review client projects and internal programs
Design and manage investment/finance strategies for clients and manage cash positions
Design and monitor internal control on Financial Reporting (ICFR)
Manage client contracts and monitor the economic performance of each client engagement
Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
Oversee the preparation of reports
Advise senior management of the firm on file/staff performance
Provide client service and maintain key account relationships
Perform human resources related duties such as personnel selection
Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and cloud accounting systems such as QuickBooks and Xero
Oversee payroll administration for the clients and the firm
Supervise staff
Requirements:
Education:
A bachelorโs degree in business administration, economics, commerce, or a related field is required.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, or other financial activities are required.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Accounting software, MS Windows, QuickBooks, Xero

Salary:
$57.69 hourly, 40 Hours per week.

Important Information:
Flexibility in schedule is required. Work model is hybrid with up to 3 days remote. The employee will work from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Overtime, work on weekends and holidays may be required depending on the business needs.
