Staff Software Engineer

Salary range:

$190,000-$230,000 (DOE) + equity I’m hiring a Staff Software Engineer for a well-established, crypto-native fintech building regulated financial products. This role focuses on building and evolving production financial systems, contributing to technical direction, and maintaining high engineering standards in a fast-moving environment. What you’ll be doing:

Building and evolving financial products used at a national scale Participating in code reviews and raising engineering standards Contributing to long-term technical direction What they’re looking for:

Staff-level software engineering experience Comfortable working across the stack Strong experience with Node.js, Typescript, React-Native, Postgres, Docker, Datadog Experience building financial or payment systems Bitcoin/crypto familiarity is advantageous but not required We're also supporting their search for Senior Software Engineers, so if you don\'t feel like you\'re quite at a Staff level, I\'d be happy to tell you about the Senior role
