What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service

Develop custom functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and optimize queries using SOQL/SOSL

Lead and support integrations with external systems using middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft

Participate in DevOps processes including version control, CI/CD pipeline management, and deployment activities using Azure DevOps, Git, or Jenkins

Troubleshoot production issues, provide enhancements, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):

7+ years of Salesforce Development experience

7+ years of experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), SOQL/SOSL

5+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions in enterprise environments

5+ years of experience with Salesforce integrations and middleware platforms

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and multi‑org environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently

Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
