We are seeking a dynamic and forward‑thinking leader to serve as
Director, Recruitment and Talent Management —a pivotal role within our Human Resources team. Reporting directly to the EVP, Chief People Officer, this individual will be responsible for shaping and executing a holistic talent strategy that encompasses recruitment, learning and development, performance enablement, and succession planning. The Director will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the organization to ensure our people practices are aligned with business priorities, future‑ready, and deeply rooted in a culture of growth, inclusion, and excellence.
Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Leadership : Design and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that supports organizational growth, agility, and innovation.
Lead the full‑cycle recruitment function : Oversee all aspects of recruitment from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and talent strategy. Enhance and streamline recruitment processes including 3rd‑party vendor management and the introduction of automation and AI technology to reduce cycle time and enhance the candidate experience. Ensure all hiring managers are trained in all recruitment processes and accountabilities.
Learning & Development : Architect and deliver scalable learning solutions, leadership development programs, and career frameworks that empower employees at all levels.
Performance & Growth : Oversee performance management systems that drive accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Succession & Capability Planning : Build robust pipelines for critical roles and future leadership through data‑driven succession planning and capability mapping.
Culture & Engagement : Partner with executive leadership to embed a culture of learning, equity, and belonging across the enterprise.
Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in talent development, recruitment, and organizational learning.
A University Degree preferably in Human Resources complemented with a relevant Learning & Development designation or certification/degree would be an asset.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
Established comprehensive knowledge on the principles of adult learning.
Experience in building skills / capabilities to support workforce of the future, including an understanding of emerging technologies.
Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and digital learning platforms.
Deep understanding of recruitment strategy, workforce analytics, and employer branding.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic goals into actionable talent initiatives.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and change leadership skills.

You are effective in dealing fairly, frankly, assertively, and professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You generate consensus and sustain collaborative relationships while maintaining a positive image and profile for the organization.
