Human Capital Consultant | Finance Recruiter | Randstad Canada Business Analyst (CPA designation and accounting background Required)

Plan and coordinate projects related to

organizational strategy, process improvement, or change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Requirements Elicitation:

Gather and document business requirements through formal and informal methods, including interviews, workshops, and documentation review.

Stakeholder Liaison:

Act as a central point of communication, bridging the gap between technical teams, end users, and leadership across different organizational levels.

Alignment & Integration:

Ensure process alignment across various business units and supporting teams.

Specification Development:

Translate broad organizational goals and high-level objectives into clear, detailed functional and technical specifications.

Quality Assurance Support:

Assist Quality Assurance (QA) in developing test plans and executing testing; evaluate and communicate the impact of changes across the organization.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications

Financial/Accounting Expertise:

Demonstrated hands-on experience with financial structures, specifically related to the design and management of foundational accounting frameworks (e.g., Chart of Accounts).

Communication:

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of tailoring messages to technical and non-technical audiences.

Data Analysis Proficiency:

Advanced practical skills in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel), including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.

Data Conceptual Understanding:

Fundamental knowledge of relational data concepts (e.g., tables, fields, keys, joins, and lookup mechanisms).

Work Authorization:

Must be legally eligible to work in the specified country.
