Assist the Assistant Maintenance Manager with daily tasks. Duties include, but are not limited to: clerical tasks, receiving emergency calls from tenants, and any other related responsibilities.

Closing date: March 12, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

All students over 18 years of age must provide a criminal record check upon hiring only (dated no longer than three months prior to the date when it has been requested) and is a condition of employment.

Must enjoy working in a team environment;

Possess a valid driver’s license;

Experience in clerical work;

Experience in customer service;

WHMIS training;

Able to communicate in French and English (both orally and in writing).
