Job Description

Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking a Warehouse Manager responsible for overseeing the full scope of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, accuracy, and team performance. This includes supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory and logistics, enforcing safety procedures, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

This role will report to the Plant Manager in New Kensington, PA, and is essential to maintaining the high standards of Filterbuy’s supply chain operations and directly contributes to customer satisfaction and our continued growth in the region.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the New Jersey warehouse, ensuring optimal performance in receiving, storing, and shipping products

Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management

Implement and maintain best practices in inventory control and warehouse layout for maximum efficiency

Monitor order accuracy, fulfillment rates, and delivery timelines to meet customer expectations

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce workplace safety standards

Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate regular maintenancePrepare reports on productivity, quality control, and inventory levels for upper management

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers and supply chain teams

Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively

Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented warehouse culture

Required skills and qualifications:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or similar role (3+ years preferred)

Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse systems, and logistics workflows

Knowledge of workplace safety and regulatory compliance (OHSA or equivalent)

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Proficiency with professional software including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office or Google G-Suite, and virtual connectivity tools such as Slack

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment as needed

Ability to travel to various locations including the United States as needed to support operations

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in ecommerce, fulfillment, or manufacturing warehouse environment

Forklift certification or experience with warehouse equipment

Familiarity with lean operations or Six Sigma methodologies
