What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide best-in-class delivery and integration services to a variety of organizations and verticals

Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers in utilizing next generation SIEM and log management features

Transfer knowledge of Falcon LogScale NGSIEM to customers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize LogScale NGSIEM within customer environments

Gather feedback from customers to influence product enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):

5+ years of experience working with log management/SIEM solutions and SOAR in a consulting role

Experience working with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering

Intermediate knowledge of common Cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure

Experience creating configuration, automation, and integration scripts using various programming languages

Strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Recent industry certifications with SANS, ISC2, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, or other organizations within the Information Security domain

Long-term experience within a SOC performing analysis and triage of security incidents

Applied knowledge and integration experience with a generative AI platform
