Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX As the Senior Product Manager, Distribution & Transportation, you are responsible for defining, owning, and evolving the product strategy and roadmap for SAP S/4HANA Distribution & Transportation capabilities. You partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to deliver scalable logistics solutions that enable Arc’teryx’s global growth across retail, wholesale, and omnichannel operations.

You operate at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution, ensuring SAP S/4 (Fashion) and its integrated ecosystem (EWM, ECC, 3PL, warehouse automation, etc.) delivers measurable value to the organization.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team The ERP and Business Applications team is composed of product Managers, technical experts, and solution specialists who enable critical business capabilities across Finance, Logistics, Global Sales, Retail, and Supply Chain.

We define product strategies, prioritize investments, and deliver high-impact ERP and Commercial initiatives that support Arc’teryx’s global growth and operational excellence. Together, we host, evolve, and modernize enterprise systems that power the business.

Core Activities

Defining and owning the Distribution & Transportation product vision and multi‑year roadmap

Translating business strategy into scalable SAP‑enabled capabilities

Prioritizing initiatives based on value, risk, complexity, and cross‑functional dependencies

Aligning the roadmap with enterprise architecture and technology strategy

Partnering with Logistics, Omnichannel, Retail, Sourcing, and Finance leaders to identify opportunities and pain points

Leading discovery workshops and business process blueprinting sessions

Driving alignment across business and technology teams on scope and outcomes

Acting as the primary point of accountability for D&T product performance

Overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of SAP S/4 Distribution & Transportation initiatives

Managing change requests, enhancements, and major transformation programs

Ensuring high‑quality functional specifications and alignment with technical designs

Supporting integration across SAP SD, MM, EWM, 3PL systems, warehouse automation, and transportation solutions

Governing testing standards (unit, functional, integration, UAT) and ensuring effective 2nd/3rd‑level support models

Monitoring system performance, adoption, and business value realization

Driving automation and reduction of non‑value‑added activities

Managing relationships with vendors and implementation partners

Supporting training strategy, release readiness, and adoption across global logistics teams

Communicating product updates, roadmap evolution, and value delivery

Future Projects

Leading large‑scale logistics transformation programs across global distribution networks

Expanding SAP S/4 capabilities to support new markets and channels

Integrating advanced warehouse automation and transportation technologies

Enhancing omnichannel fulfillment and global EWM and 3PL integrations

Contributing to enterprise‑wide ERP modernization initiativesDriving innovation in supply chain visibility and transportation optimization

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of experience in SAP ERP delivery, product management, or enterprise systems leadership

8+ years of experience in Distribution & Transportation processes (retail, wholesale, fashion preferred)

Strong functional expertise in SAP Logistics and EWM

Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA, FMS, or AFS

Experience integrating SAP with warehouse automation and 3PL systems

Experience with SAP GTS or ShipERP is considered an asset

Proven ability to define product roadmaps and lead cross‑functional delivery

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Ability to prioritize complex initiatives in fast‑paced environments

Strategic mindset balanced with execution focus

International travel flexibility

$126,000 – $173,000 a year
