The Life of an Expediter (Expo):

Main source of high level communication between the culinary and service teams

Ensure all orders are completed to standard and sent out to the correct tables

Demonstrate a strong attention to detail to ensure each order is prepared as requested

Organize and monitor chit times

What We’re Looking For:

1 year of Culinary or Service experience in a fine dining + high volume restaurant

Organizational and leadership skills required

Open availability - must be able to work evenings and weekends

You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change

You put trust in others and never let anyone down

You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency

You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions
