YOUR IMPACT

You will work on the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise cloud environments (primarily Azure), supporting large‑scale clients while ensuring strong technical and operational control. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver resilient, well‑architected cloud environments, align operational practices with Ateko’s global architecture standards, and effectively guide clients through their cloud transformation.
YOUR TEAM

You will collaborate with a cross‑functional team of cloud architects, DevOps engineers, and managed services specialists, reporting to the Director of Cloud Services. No ego, just smart people solving complex problems together in close collaboration with engineering, security, operations, and client delivery teams, whose primary mission is to design, operate, and continuously evolve secure, resilient, and high‑value Azure cloud environments for our clients.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Define and drive the cloud strategy , ensuring alignment between cloud solutions, business objectives, security, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Guide clients end‑to‑end , from requirements analysis to cloud adoption, by leading workshops, delivering expert recommendations, and translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
Design and validate Azure cloud architectures
that are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost‑effective, including architecture documentation and final implementation reviews prior to deployment.
Provide technical and operational leadership , mentoring teams, prioritizing backlogs, promoting standards, and supporting managed services operations (risk, change, capacity, and operational governance).
Strengthen and grow the cloud practice , through cross‑team collaboration, contribution to proposals and estimates, talent onboarding, skills assessment, and onboarding of new managed services clients.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience and education : 6+ years in IT operations or managed services, with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
Azure expertise : strong understanding of Azure cloud environments and core components (compute, storage, networking, data) to deliver end‑to‑end cloud architectures.
Practices and tools : solid knowledge of ITIL, CI/CD, and experience with monitoring and automation tools; ServiceNow operational knowledge is an asset.
Leadership and collaboration : collaborative leadership with the ability to manage multi‑site, multi‑project teams and handle priorities effectively.
Client focus and certifications : strong customer‑service mindset, mandatory bilingualism (French and English), with ITIL, ServiceNow, and Cloud certifications considered an asset.
