Role Overview
As our class action practice continues to expand, we are seeking up to two talented and motivated
Class Action Litigation Associates
with 3 to 9 years of call to join our dynamic team. Experience in class action litigation is preferable but not required. Candidates must have significant civil litigation experience practising in BC and/or Ontario.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior litigators on consequential cases, to appear in courts across the country, with an emphasis on Vancouver and Toronto, and to engage directly with clients and opposing counsel. The successful candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented litigators with strong analytical and written advocacy skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for achieving exceptional results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct counsel to clients and manage communications with opposing counsel.
Conduct court appearances, mediations, and hearings at trial and appellate levels.
Prepare pleadings, motions, facta, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
Conduct legal research and provide insightful analysis on complex civil and class action matters.
Collaborate with a high-performing team to develop creative and effective litigation strategies.
Manage multiple matters efficiently while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Skills & Qualifications
3 to 9 years of call.
Detail-oriented.
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with a clear, persuasive communication style.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Commercial or class action litigation experience is an asset.

The base annual salary for candidates with the required experience is $130,000- $180,000.
