Job Description

A career as a UX Writer in english on the UX writing team at National Bank means serving as a user experience-oriented digital content specialist. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our

organising thanks to your UX writing skills, explaining and optimising transaction content.

Your job

Simplify the client experience by writing in english and explaining content related to financial literacy and transaction paths. Review, harmonise and standardise the tone, messages and all content intended for clients. Coordinate the production of content by ensuring compliance with deadlines, follow-ups and deliverables related to digital projects. Support project teams to establish processes, priorities and deadlines needed to deliver consistent content aligned with objectives. Measure and analyse content performance, draw findings and recommend optimisations based on UX best practises. Ensure that editorial standards, web accessibility standards and microcopy and UX writing best practises are applied.

Your team

The Digital Vice-President is made up of more than 150 specialists who work agile, proactive and collaborative to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes. You are part of a committed, multidisciplinary team of 18 people on the Digital writing team and report to the Manager - Digital writing. Our team stands out for its creativity, its ability to explain complex concepts and its close collaboration with UI/UX teams.

Prerequisites

A relevant degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. Five (5) to six (6) years of experience in digital writing. UX-oriented writing and translation experience in multidisciplinary teams (UI/UX) Proficiency in web accessibility and authoring best practises optimised for the user experience. Writing and translation skills for digital products (transaction sites, mobile apps).
