The Guidewire PolicyCenter Domain Consultant is responsible for driving functional design, requirement analysis, configuration, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC). The role focuses on insurance domain expertise, product configuration, workflow design, rating, underwriting, and supporting end-to-end policy lifecycle implementations. Experience Required

8 - 15 years Must Have Skills

Expertise in Integrations (SOAP/REST APIs) Guidewire Certification is must (Specialist or Professional or ACE) Strong Understanding of P&C Insurance Domain Roles and Responsibilities

Experience configuration and integration activities for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter, including configuration, integration, and custom development. Customize PolicyCenter using Gosu programming language, Guidewire Studio, and other tools. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Provide technical integration (or) configuration guidance, coaching for the team to develop & deliver. Review the design and code of team members and peers Manage scope, estimate work, build plan and schedule, track and deliver to plan Clearly communicate, work with onsite/offshore teams and the client as required to deliver effectively. Experience with Scrum or other Agile development methodologies. Insurance Knowledge specifically Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Partner with client business teams to understand business objectives and configuration/integration requirements. Guidewire Associate Certified is a must ACE will be added value.
