Responsibilities
Work with the Experience Lead to execute world class experiences for BrainStation certification courses, corporate workshops and industry events
Connect 1-on-1 with all incoming professional learners for a personalized onboarding experience
Support learners throughout their journey by being present, offering guidance, and addressing individual needs.
Ensure that learning spaces are welcoming, organized, and conducive to learning.
Engage with alumni to nurture ongoing connections and participation in community initiatives.
Support data collection and analysis on learner engagement, attendance, and satisfaction to inform Experience Lead decisions.
Contribute ideas to improve course delivery, event execution, and learner experience.
Assist with other tasks and initiatives that enhance the overall BrainStation experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years experience in a customer or client-facing role
Flexibility to support event and certification operations in the evenings when required
Strong attention to detail
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Willing to try new things and pivot as needed
Professional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking experience
A dedication to providing the best customer service and experience
Willingness to help out where needed in all facets of the organization
A passion for learning new skills
