As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal, and Facilities, we support the business to achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. Coordinator, Campus Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Mississauga, ON
This intern opportunity is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented student who is interested in gaining hands‑on experience in Talent Acquisition within a global engineering organization. Reporting to the Global Head of Campus Talent Acquisition, the Coordinator will support the coordination and execution of Western Canada campus recruitment activities. This role offers direct exposure to high‑volume recruitment operations, campus engagement strategy, and recruitment systems.
As The Successful Candidate, You Will
Recruitment Operations Support
Assist with creating and posting requisitions and offers in the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors)
Support job postings on career sites and university/college job boards
Update candidate information and assessments in the ATS
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with hiring managers and candidates
Assist with background check coordination and offer letter preparation
Help maintain data accuracy within the ATS
Campus & Candidate Experience
Monitor and support responses to the general campus recruitment inbox
Assist in coordinating campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, interview days, and student competitions
Support internal student engagement events such as Lunch-n-Learns and the Student Showcase
Assist in tracking co‑op and intern conversions to future work terms or new graduate roles
Support student and hiring manager survey administration
Data & Reporting
Help maintain tracking spreadsheets related to scholarships, hiring activity, and student performance
Assist in preparing recruitment activity reports for internal stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies
What You’ll Gain

What You Bring
Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professionalism when handling confidential information
Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy
Ability to work occasional flexible hours
Compensation
Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
