Key Responsibilities
Designing parts for new or existing products
Manufacturing tooling/equipment design
Developing, prototyping and validating new designs
Communicating with vendors for ordering parts
Creating test apparatuses
Qualifications
Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degrees in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Engineering Physics, or equivalent, with a proven record of excellence in engineering
Experience with SolidWorks 3D CAD at an intermediate level or above
Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Able to work in Canada
Experience fabricating parts with diverse methods (CNC machining, 3D printing, welding)
Understanding of production environments
Strong, demonstrated problem-solving skills

Compensation Range
The hiring range for this role is $60K - $200K annually. Our ranges are based on market data, and offered salaries will be based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
