The Role.
We’re hiring a
Performance Marketing Manager
to support the execution, optimization, and day-to-day management of paid media across a portfolio of clients.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role for someone who loves building campaigns, analyzing performance, testing ideas, and learning how to turn data into results. You’ll work closely with senior team members, contributing directly to performance while growing your strategic skill set.
This role is ideal for a strong executor who wants to deepen their performance marketing expertise in a fast-paced agency environment.
The Responsibilities.

The longer version:
Hands-On Media Execution & Optimization:
Build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social, and other digital channels. Execute daily, weekly, and monthly optimizations across bidding, targeting, creative, and budgets to improve performance and efficiency. Support structured testing across audiences, creative, and landing pages to drive learnings and incremental gains.
Performance Monitoring & Insights:
Maintain a strong pulse on campaign performance and pacing to ensure programs are tracking toward goals. Pull, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities, and support the development of clear performance summaries and reports for internal teams and clients.
Client & Team Support:
Partner closely with Associate Directors and senior team members to execute against established media strategies. Support client deliverables, updates, and performance discussions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with objectives. Collaborate with creative, analytics, and channel specialists to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and perform as intended.

Actively develop your skills across performance marketing strategy, measurement, and optimization, growing your impact within the team and across accounts.
The Qualifications.
Do you have 5 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing or paid media?
Do you have strong working experience in platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads?
Are you comfortable executing campaigns end‑to‑end, including setup, optimization, and reporting?
Have you supported campaigns for e‑commerce, DTC, lead generation, or retail brands?
Do you have exposure to GA4 or other analytics tools?
Are you familiar with different measurement approaches, such as basic attribution models or incrementality concepts?
Are you detail‑oriented and organized, with strong follow‑through on execution?
Are you naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn?
Are you comfortable receiving feedback, asking questions, and iterating quickly?
Are you a clear communicator who can turn data and performance results into actionable insights?
