Required Skills

Admission to the Ontario Bar (or eligible for admission).

Minimum of 2+ years of practical experience in tax planning, ideally with exposure to M&A and corporate transactions.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.

Ability to handle complex legal issues with precision and professionalism.

Nice to Have

In-depth knowledge of Canadian tax regulations and M&A transactions.

Clerkship experience with Canadian Tax Court.

Familiarity with broader tax disciplines or related legal areas.

Preferred Education and Experience

Completion of the in-depth taxation course or M.Tax an asset.
