The Total Rewards Partner plays a key role in supporting the HR Operations teams through data-driven insights, process execution, and hands-on program support. This role helps ensure the effective administration of compensation and benefits programs while contributing to fair, consistent, and competitive practices across the organization. Works closely with HRBPs and the Total Rewards team to deliver accurate data, streamline processes, and provide responsive support to leaders and associates.

What you will do
Partnership and Collaboration:
Act as a trusted resource to HR Operations team, providing analytical support, compensation insights, and operational guidance for client groups.
Partner with HRBPs on compensation recommendations, workforce planning, and policy application to ensure alignment with organizational frameworks.
Provide support during performance and compensation cycles, ensuring accurate data, timely reporting, and consistent application of guidelines.
Build strong, trust-based relationships and influence decision-making by presenting data-driven recommendations and challenging assumptions respectfully and confidently.
Compensation Administration:
Administer sales compensation programs and manage commission payments via Incent platform
Conduct market pricing and internal equity analyses to support salary offers, promotions, and role changes
Maintain job evaluation and salary structures, ensuring they remain competitive and up to date
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation such as Pay Equity and Pay Transparency
Prepare reports and dashboards to track compensation trends and support data-informed decisions
Develop tools, templates, and resources that improve manager and HRBP self‑service capabilities
Benefits Support:
Assist HRBPs and associates with benefits inquiries and issue resolution, escalating complex matters as needed
Participate in annual renewals and open enrollment activities, helping prepare communication materials and data audits
Monitor benefit utilization and identify opportunities for education or process improvement
Data Management:
Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports to support HRBPs and business leaders
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and associate experience
Support compliance with compensation and benefits legislation, internal policies, and audit requirements
Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all policies, rules, regulations and procedures
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field
4–7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR operations roles
Strong analytical skills and advanced in Excel and HRIS reporting tools
Ability to handle and contain information of a sensitive and confidential nature
Experience supporting HR Business Partners or serving in a collaborative HR capacity
Strong business acumen and knowledge of compensation structures, market pricing, and benefits administration practices
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience with Workday preferred
Knowledge of payroll as it relates to Total Rewards
Solid understanding of compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Radford, or Salary.com)
Familiarity with multi-province regulations
Working toward or holding CCP or CEBS certification is an asset

Base salary range: $95-105,000 (total compensation range $95,000-120,000)
