We are seeking a key member to join our Talent Acquisition Team as Campus TA Specialist who will: develop our EVP, strengthen our employer brand on campus, build school partnerships, evolve our NextGen programs and drive recruitment results aligned to succession plans.

The attributes we are looking for:

Develop NextGen student centric EVP, employer brand content & design

Create & manage internal/external communications across multiple platforms

Identify, plan, manage and execute events: internal program events, on campus activities/networking events in partnership with internal business stakeholders & faculty members

Build planning & recruitment framework for all NextGen programs in collaboration with internal business stakeholders to improve timeliness of activations and hiring conversions

Deploy & manage full cycle recruitment activity - optimizing talent engagement, business stakeholder partnerships and process efficiencies

Establish early talent pipeline management and hiring conversions

optimize all NextGen tracking and reporting – leveraging data & insights to drive business decisions

Support building strategic talent centric business partnerships at core schools

Proactively address any concerns or challenges raised by business leaders related to the recruitment process, and work towards effective solutions with the campus recruitment lead.

Initiate continuous improvement opportunities to advance the efficiencies and effectiveness of NextGen programs

What you will bring:

3 – 5 years full cycle corporate recruitment experience with 1-2 yrs campus/student recruitment programs preferred

Proven marketing/brand focused content creation

Intermediate level of French is required

Exceptional written communications – influencing diverse audience groups, developing value proposition messaging, pithy content creation (bilingual in French is preferred)

Excellent planning & organizational skills, with initiative to build framework and rigor to improve “ways of working” – collaborating cross-functionally and with external partners

Experience story telling through PowerPoint presentations up to C-suite lecel

Strong Excel – track and report, leverage data to bring insights supporting direction/strategies/business decisions

Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initial vision through to implementation.

ATS experience required – SuccessFactors preferred

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and manage multiple internal stakeholders.

Willingness to plan host social or networking events, including those outside standard work hours
