Arup . We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Leader to join our Toronto office. Youโll work with a range of complex and largeโscale project types such as Rail, Data Centers, Higher Education, and Laboratories.
The Opportunity
Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to win new projects and contracts and diversify services provided to clients.
Develop relationships with new key clients and collaborators.
Act as a project manager to monitor project progress to identify and address potential issues or risks.
Provide coaching and mentoring to the current and future team that supports career development and skills building.
Is this role right for you?
Bachelorโs degree in electrical or architectural engineering.
Minimum 15 years experience designing electrical systems for a range of industrial, commercial, educational, healthcare, laboratories, and/or transit projects.
P.Eng is required or ability to obtain within 6 months of joining the firm.
Experience leading multiโdisciplinary projects as a project manager.
Experience with developing proposals and attending pitch meetings with clients to secure projects.

Hiring Range
Base salary for this role in Toronto ranges from $170,000 to $210,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits are not included in the base salary.
