Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Programmer located in Kitchener, ON. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs to meet precise specifications. Day-to-day tasks include technical reading of drawings, setup and operation of CNC machines, custom parts machining, and verifying completed parts for accuracy and quality. You will collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production processes and address any technical challenges that arise during machining.

Qualifications

Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming techniques

Experience with Machining and Milling processes

Strong ability to interpret and create Technical Drawings

Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-precision standards

Knowledge of various materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and engineered plastics

Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is an asset

Applicable certifications or training in CNC programming and machining are a plus
