As the

Sub‑Regional Leader – Eastern Quebec , you will play a key leadership role in shaping the future of our East Quebec operations. You will act as an extension of the Executive Regional Leader, driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and a One‑WSP culture across the sub‑region. Your leadership will directly influence market growth, client relationships, project delivery, and employee experience.

Your Impact

In this role, you will make an impact by:

Providing visionary leadership to Eastern Quebec, partnering with Local Market Engagement teams and Office Leaders to drive a unified One‑WSP culture.

Developing, implementing, and executing the sub‑regional strategic plan aligned with regional and sector priorities.

Leading the Sub‑Regional Leadership Team, collaborating with sector leadership, corporate services, and key office leaders.

Leveraging market insights and partnering with sector teams to accelerate business and client development across the sub‑region.

Supporting cross‑sector strategic pursuits and contributing to the region’s M&A strategy.

Building a culture rooted in safety, collaboration, community, inclusivity, and high‑performance.

Enhancing client experience and workplace strategy in partnership with Office Leadership and Real Estate teams.

Ensuring operational excellence by overseeing HSE programs, emergency response planning, and real estate strategy deployment.

Driving financial performance, including net revenue, sales, DSO, client satisfaction, and turnover management.

Creating forums for technical knowledge sharing, innovation, awareness building, and the celebration of sub‑regional project successes.

The Skills That Set You Apart

Demonstrated leadership and management experience in complex, multi‑site or multi‑sector environments.

Proven ability to influence, inspire, build consensus, and move strategic initiatives forward.

Strong business development, client relationship, and financial management skills.

Experience working cross‑functionally and leading through influence in matrixed environments.

Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Strategic thinking paired with the ability to translate strategy into practical, local execution.

P&L leadership or equivalent exposure is considered an asset.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:

$194,700 – $257,900

MB & ON:

$177,600 – $244,600

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:

$175,800 – $233,500
