Bilingual Specialist, Practice Integration & Onboarding

As an individual who is driven by excellence, you are eager to contribute the success of one of Canada’s Best Managed companies.Located at dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre and working alongside the Corporate Development team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful integration of new practices. You will manage the entire integration process by working cross-functionally with all departments to support a positive and efficient onboarding experience. In this role you will be a liaison between incoming practices and the rest of the Corporate Development team.

**In this role, you will** Manage an Integration Project Plan for each new practice; identify key milestones, potential shortfalls, and proactively follow-up to ensure Practice Managers and Partnersskills and confidence to effectively integrate into our operations have the knowledge, tools, Own the relationship with onboarding Practice Managers and guide them through the integration process, including administrative tasks such as, banking, change of billing, payroll data.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and FrenchExperience in a similar role in M&A Integration or Project management is an assetStrong project management abilities with high customer service orientation, within a fast-paced, high growth environmentAbility to live the Dentalcorp Beyond Brilliant values (Beyond the Status Quo, Brilliant Experiences, Beyond Excellence, Brilliant Together)Competent collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicatorExperience in a dental practice is an asset *The salary range for this position is $72,000 to $82,000 CAD annually.
