Senior Accounts Executive (start immediately)

Senior Accounts Executive (start immediately) In this role, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing tax filings, handling accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the finance team with various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Management: Maintain and reconcile a full set of accounts, including journal entries and monthly statements.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly income statements, balance sheets, and reports to ensure accurate financial tracking.

Invoice Processing: Process and record monthly accounts receivable (AR) invoices and payments from customers.

Accounts Payable: Prepare payment vouchers for accounts payable (AP) invoices.

Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure all entries are aligned.

Compliance and Regulations: Maintain proper accounting records and statutory filings in compliance with Singapore and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

GST Filing: Prepare GST filings and ensure compliance with GST regulations.

Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, etc.

Office Management: Manage office maintenance, services, and supplies.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management as needed.

Requirements

Education: A bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in similar roles.

External audit experience is an added advantage.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of VB (Visual Basic) programming will be an advantage.

Personal Attributes: Meticulous attention to detail with a strong problem-solving mindset; ability to start immediately is preferred.
