Summary Design, develop, and qualify New Program according to customers' requirements. Involve in Backend Process improvement to achieve robust reliability performance.

Undertake new process development projects for future technological requirement

Undertake improvement project to resolve technical challenges encountered during new product stage and manufacturing stage

Ensure smooth transfer of process setting from R&D team to the manufacturing team

Work with Reliability team for new evaluation to establish Spin stand HDD correlation

Any other duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements Degree or above in Science (Chemistry/Physics) or Materials Science and Engineering Chemistry

Entry level with related qualifications or Engineer with few years of manufacturing experience industry

Chemistry knowledge to support lubricant development activities

Material Science and nanotribology knowledge

Process improvement skills, Mintab, MS Excel.
