Position: General and Operations Manager
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $65–$130/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Design questions related to your occupation as a General and Operations Manager.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Ensure the quality and relevance of content for a top AI company.
Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
Use a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
Qualifications
4+ years full-time work experience as a General and Operations Manager.
Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Compensation & Legal
At-will contractor to Mercor.
Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged hours.
Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
