As a member of Sanofi’s Global AI Centre of Excellence in **Toronto,** you will be working on a team that is globally diverse, with members here in Toronto as well as across our global hubs in France, Spain and USA. You’ll be engaged in a structured program that’s focused on driving the growth of your technical knowledge and business acumen. Based on your skills and background, you’ll be aligned to one of Sanofi’s five core data and AI functions to deliver on meaningful strategic initiatives - whether that be in data science, data and business analysis, data and ML engineering, software engineering, or data and AI strategy. This approach ensures that you specialize in your area of interest, while being engaged as part of a larger cohort of colleagues to collectively build core skills in strategic problem solving, product design, agile ways of working, and leadership. Upon completion of the two years, you’ll be provided the opportunity to a preferred position, responding to Sanofi’s business needs. **AI Factory - Versatile Teams Operating in Cross Functional Pods:** Utilizing digital and data resources to develop AI products, bringing data management, AI and product development skills to products, programs and projects to create an agile, fulfilling and meaningful work environment. **Leading Edge Tech Stack:** Experience build products that will be deployed globally on a leading-edge tech stack. * **Apply advanced data science methods** to extract insights from both **text** and **table-based datasets**, using techniques such as NLP, forecasting, and optimization.* **Propose innovative approaches** to problem-solving using **Generative AI**, **Machine Learning**, and other advanced analytical techniques.* Build models, algorithms, simulations, and experiments by writing highly optimized code and using state-of-the art machine learning technologies.* Work on full-spectrum of activities, from conducting ML experiments to delivering production-ready models.* Use data analysis, visualization, storytelling, and data technologies to scope, define and deliver AI-based data products.* Work with developers, engineers, and MLOps to deliver AI/ML solutions.* **Must have participated in the Sanofi Digital Co-Op program at some point during 2024 or 2025 and be eligible for a May/June 2026 start date.*** Must be legally authorized to work for Sanofi in Canada.* An undergraduate degree or higher in mathematics, computer science, engineering, physics, statistics, economics, operations research or a related quantitative disciplinw, with foundational business knowledge.
