Role Overview

As the Information Security Officer and Program Manager, you will lead the charge in cybersecurity excellence. In this strategic role, you’ll shape and execute the cybersecurity roadmap, manage IT security assets and services, and guide business transformation initiatives. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, oversee incident response, ensure compliance with governance standards, and drive continuous improvement across the security ecosystem. Responsibilities

Conduct risk assessments Manage vendor relationships Identify staffing needs to ensure the availability of required skills and competencies across responsible teams Shape and execute the cybersecurity roadmap Manage IT security assets and services Guide business transformation initiatives Collaborate with senior leadership, oversee incident response, ensure compliance with governance standards, and drive continuous improvement across the security ecosystem Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Information Security Officer and Program Manager role is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, complemented by over a decade of progressive experience in cybersecurity. You possess a strong ability to make risk-adjusted, evidence-based decisions and have led change and innovation within agile IT environments and have demonstrated success in digital transformation and customer experience initiatives, along with expertise in IT asset management. Strong ability to make risk-adjusted, evidence-based decisions Experience leading change and innovation within agile IT environments Demonstrated success in digital transformation and customer experience initiatives Expertise in IT asset management Preferred certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CISM, PMP, and working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and ITIL best practices Compensation

Expected compensation: CAD $155,547- $187,406 Application Process
