Job Description
Overview
Humber River Hospital (HRH) is a prominent 1.8 million square foot, fully‑digital acute care facility in Canada, equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology that serves a population of over 850,000 in the northwest Greater Toronto Area. It operates 722 inpatient beds at the Wilson site, 34 beds at the Church Campus and 32 beds at the Finch Campus, with a staff of more than 4,000, including about 800 physicians and over 1,000 volunteers. HRH is Canada’s first digital hospital, home to the first digital Command Centre that manages patient flow and care quality through closed‑loop automation, robotics, predictive analytics and artificial intelligence.
HRH is committed to research, academic collaboration and community‑based care. In partnership with the University of Toronto and Queen’s University, the hospital offers a dynamic academic environment with opportunities for residents, fellows and medical students to engage in innovative research projects.
