Base Salary Range for MAINTENANCE PLANNER: $68,000 - $80,000

Compensation is based on qualifications that align with requirements

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules and work orders.

Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities while ensuring parts coordination and availability.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs.

Plan for and schedule PM’s, outages while navigating operations and engineering directives.

Collaborate with operations team to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades.

Plan, recommend and coordinate corrective actions and process improvements.

Support teams in problem solving.

Support in establishing the optimal sequence for production.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS

Proven experience as a maintenance planner or similar role

Strong organizational and communication skills

Knowledge of lean manufacturing (an asset)

Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspires and engages teams to achieve excellence

Ability to solve problems and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment

Ability to prioritize, react and make decisions while multi-tasking

Strong listening skills to quickly understand needs and issues

Agility needed to work with various technology tools

Knowledge of CMMS or Flute software is highly desirable

REQUIREMENTS

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related field.

Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

2+ years in manufacturing maintenance.

Strong computer proficiency, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Teams, PowerBI
