What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead technical execution on WordPress projects, ensuring alignment with client needs

Collaborate with UX, design, and project management teams during project planning phases

Develop and configure WordPress sites using modern practices, including creating custom themes and plugins

Write and review code, conduct peer reviews, and maintain high standards of quality

Manage the technical team's workload and facilitate continuity throughout project phases

What is Required (Qualifications)

8+ years of professional experience with WordPress

Strong expertise in WordPress architecture and custom development (themes, plugins, Gutenberg blocks)

Proficient in JavaScript, React, PHP, SQL, and development tools like GitHub and Docker

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

Prior experience working in a remote agency environment

Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility, and modern web standards
