Supervise, guide, and develop key partnership agreements with join venture partners and professional service providers; Work closely with business development teams on due diligence as well as during discussions and negotiations; Collaborate closely with executive teams to drive progress and obtain the necessary direction; Take ownership of agreements resulting from discussions and ensure their timely completion (NDA, MOU, partnership agreements, DSA, teaming agreements, appendices, etc.); Coordinate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive agreements (legal, finance, project services, operations); Ensure the transfer of agreements and their history to execution teams; Provide follow-up and support to internal teams once agreements are finalized; Establish a functional and efficient workflow from the start of negotiations through to lessons learned; Act as a performance driver, ensuring profitability, compliance, and sustainability of business activities in a complex and highly regulated environment; Be comfortable quickly taking ownership of topics to brief management and making recommendations as needed. Requirements

Bachelorโ€™s degree in engineering, business administration, or law (or any other relevant education); Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction, design, or large infrastructure project sector; Experience working with multidisciplinary teams; Experience in partnership contexts; Experience with engineering consulting firms; Knowledge and comfort with business development functions; Understanding of basic partnership principles in a project context; Understanding of commercial issues related to construction projects; Knowledge and understanding of financial considerations; Ability to use collaborative technology tools (CRM, ACC, SharePoint); Knowledge of the Canadian public construction market; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bilingualism (English and French). Skills and attitudes required
