About the Role

This is a full-time on-site Broker role located in Cambridge, ON. The Broker will be responsible for offering customized insurance solutions to clients, maintaining strong relationships with insurer partners, and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities

Assessing client needs Processing insurance applications Assisting clients with policy changes Actively striving to ensure satisfaction and uphold All-Risks' standard of personalized customer care Qualifications

Strong understanding of insurance practices, including property, casualty, life, health, and investment products Customer service and relationship management skills to maintain and grow client portfolios Proficiency in preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing claims efficiently Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment License or certification for insurance brokerage (RIBO license or similar credentials) Experience using technology and software relevant to the insurance industry Familiarity with the local market in Ontario is an asset Required Skills

Strong understanding of insurance practices Customer service and relationship management skills Proficiency in preparing quotes and processing applications Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Team-oriented mindset Being Multi-lingual is an asset Preferred Skills

Experience with insurance technology and software Familiarity with the Ontario insurance market and current trends Pay range and compensation package
