Call Centre Specialist

Inbound Call Centre Specialist Directors' Choice is looking for detail-oriented Inbound Call Centre Specialists who lead with empathy. Supporting the funeral industry demands a rare balance of emotional intelligence and technical precision. In this role, you will professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, document vital information, and ensure critical messages reach on‑call personnel accurately and urgently, while adhering to all established processes and procedures. What We're Looking For in Candidates:

Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills specifically in spelling, grammar and diction.

Uses professional phone voice communicating customer care and concern.

Demonstrates active‑listening skills to gain client information and ability to ask appropriate questions.

Demonstrates accurate and fast typing skills.

Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age.

Compensation $17/per hour

Shifts Offered:

Full Time, 40 hours - 10‑hour shifts

Monday/Tueday/Thursday/Friday 12pm‑9pm, Sunday 8am‑5pm CST (Wednesday and Saturday Off)

Tuesday‑Friday 2pm‑11pm, Saturday 3pm‑12am CST (Sunday and Monday Off)

Training is 3 weeks, M‑F 8am‑4pm

You must be available to work evenings, a weekend shift, and holidays
